If you already have a ticket at least 10 minutes before departure.

Report this to the cashier well in advance. Your ticket is registered in the computer at the cash register.
I want to change the date of my ticket, is this possible?
Of course you can. Send an email with your ticket(s) to info@rederijrembrandt.nl. If possible, we will adjust this for you.
Can the wheelchair / walker be taken on board?
Unfortunately, our boats are not accessible for wheelchair-bound people.
Not wheelchair bound is possible. On board is a staircase with 4 steps and a sturdy handrail. The wheelchair / walker can be parked on our pontoon.
Can the pram be taken on board?
No, due to safety on board, the aisle must be kept clear for any emergencies. The stroller can be parked on our pontoon.
Can my dog come on board?
Depending on how busy it is, that is allowed. The checkout staff will assess this per trip.
Is the boat heated and is there a toilet on board?
Our entire fleet is heated. Our boats are not equipped with a toilet. A toilet is available on our pontoon.
Are drinks allowed on board?
Alcoholic drinks are not allowed on board. Chilled bottles of water are for sale at the cash register.
